What we collect

• When you contact us: your name, email address, phone number, country and message, so that we can reply.
• When we work with you: your contact details, and the photos we take or make for you, so that we can deliver your work.
• When you order retouching: your email address, phone number and the photos you chose.
• When you allow analytics: how you use the site, through Google Analytics and Hotjar. These stay off unless you agree. See our Cookies page.
• When you visit: our server keeps short technical logs, including your internet address, to keep the site safe.

Why we use it

We use your details to answer you and to carry out work you've asked for. We use technical logs because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the site secure. We only use analytics with your consent, and you can change your mind at any time.

Who handles it for us

We don't sell your data. These companies handle it for us:

• DigitalOcean hosts this site and stores our photos.
• Google Workspace handles our email.
• Mailjet sends the site's emails.
• Google Analytics and Hotjar provide analytics, if you allow it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to two years, and project and gallery records for as long as we need them for your work and for our tax and legal records. Technical logs are kept for a few weeks.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit how we use it, to object, or to receive a copy. Email us and we'll reply within a month. You can also complain to Malta's Information and Data Protection Commissioner at idpc.org.mt.
